Why structure matters
Many attempts at change fail not because of a lack of motivation, but because of a lack of structure.
My work focuses on creating clarity and frameworks that allow sustainable behavioral change — grounded in nutrition science, strategic thinking, and systems-oriented coaching.
Rather than relying on motivation alone, the goal is to build structures that support better decisions and sustainable habits over time.
Approach
My approach brings together strategic thinking, evidence-based nutrition, and structured change.
Strategic thinking
Strategic thinking means understanding patterns, decisions, and long-term structures. Sustainable change happens when we look beyond quick fixes and consider how habits, choices, and environments interact over time.
Nutrition science
At the same time, nutrition science provides the foundation for informed decisions. It helps translate complex health concepts into practical, everyday actions that are both meaningful and sustainable.
Structured change
Ultimately, structure is what makes change last. Rather than relying on motivation alone, the focus is on creating conditions that make better decisions easier and more consistent over time.
The goal is not just change — but clarity and structures that make change sustainable.
Scientific Background
My work is informed by a background in biochemistry and years of scientific training.
Rather than focusing on quick fixes, I approach nutrition and behavioral change through the lens of physiology, systems thinking, and evidence-based reasoning.
This perspective helps translate complex health information into practical structures that support sustainable habits over time.
About Me
Hello, I’m Cornelia Wottawah — thank you for stopping by. My work sits at the intersection of science, nutrition, and structured thinking.
Originally trained as a biochemist, I spent several years working in pharmaceutical research and development, where I developed a deep appreciation for evidence, systems, and long-term thinking.

Over time, my focus shifted toward nutrition and behavioral change. This led me to qualify as a Nutritionist and Food Coach and to explore how scientific knowledge can be translated into practical, sustainable everyday decisions.
Today, I combine scientific thinking, nutrition science, and structured coaching to help people create sustainable habits and lasting change.
Motivation may start change. Structure makes it last.
